Volodja Balžalorsky je mednarodno priznani slovenski violinist. Za svoje umetnižke dosežke je prejel več pomembnih glasbenih priznanj (nagrad in nominacij kot so: The Holywood Music in Media Award 2009, The Inland Empire Music Award 2008 - Best International Artist,"The Ontario Independent Music Award - Best International Artist 2007", "The Canary Islands Music Award 2007 - Best Interpretation (instrumental)", Betettova nagrada za leto 2006 (za umetniške dosežke in prispevek k slovenski glasbeni kulturi), nominacija za nagrado "The Los Angeles Music Award - Best Classical Artist 2007, in nominacija za nagrado "Just Plain Folks Music Award 2006" (kategorija - najboljša CD komorne glasbe za leto 2006).
